 DELIVERY TERMS

Muguet Florist is located in Beverly Hills, California, and hand delivers to all of Los Angeles. Including but not limited to the following areas:

Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, West Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Bel Air, Orange County, and Ventura County.

Delivery charges vary depending on traveling distance. Depending on the season, the type of vase and the specific flower varieties used may be substituted. It is our policy to contact the customer to approve any substitutions. Still, our highly experienced designers will only use their best judgment if we can contact you.

PURCHASES

If you decide to make a purchase, you further agree that: (i) all factual assertions you have made in the purchase and/or registration process will be accurate and correct, and (ii) you will not register an account on behalf of any third party or use a third party’s account on their behalf. You are solely responsible for the activity on your accounts and must keep your account password(s) confidential. You must notify us immediately if your password security has been compromised. www.muguetfloristbeverlyhills.com will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

 CURRENCY

All purchase items are in United States Dollar currency. We only accept payments in US Dollars. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency. The applied exchange rate may be calculated by PayPal, by your bank, and/or by those who fulfill the payment.

 CANCELLATION

A written request for cancellation is required 12 hours before the delivery of orders. Orders cannot be changed or canceled if items have been delivered. No Refunds. Partial store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order.

 SALES TAXES

All buyers are subject to respective state sales taxes.

 RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and design. Still, due to the delicate nature of plants and flowers and the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we only offer store credit or replacements. 

 We offer store credit or replacements within the same business hours of receiving your order for cut flowers, fresh flower arrangements, orchid plants, green plants, and succulents. 

 We offer store credit or exchange within seven days of purchase for home accessories and other merchandise, with a receipt. Items must be in good condition. ALL SALES ITEMS, PLANTS & TOPIARIES ARE FINAL SALES.

TERMS OF USE AND SALE

By agreeing to these terms, you represent to us that you are either: (i) at least the age of majority in the state in which you reside; (ii) an “emancipated minor”; or (iii) have the consent of your parent(s) or guardian consent to enter into and perform all the terms of these terms and conditions.   We are, however, committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 18 without first obtaining consent from that child’s parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have received personally identifiable information from someone under 18, we will promptly make reasonable efforts to remove such information.  If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 18 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, please contact us immediately by email or mail (please also include the User Name and password and/or email address that your child utilized). We will make reasonable efforts to remove such information promptly following receipt of your written request.
